My friend has a Thermaltake Xaser II case it seems to be a good case to me. I figure why not get the Xaser III; it looks awesome, but is this a good buy?http://www.ajump.com/ajump/product.asp?dep...%2D99%2D3130030 I plan to OC heavily using water cooling in this case after I do some thorough research.

If you can afford it it would be a very good case for overclocking. I don't know about the price vs quality. the quality is good though. you have all the space you need. take a good psu and you're ready to go.

Yeah I can easily afford it. The main thing I like about the thermaltake cases are that they're so darn quiet. If I get the blue one I think I will get the swiftech watercooling sys to go with it; since it is also supposed to be quiet.

lol
I'd go for it if i were you. Just remember that if you get a case like that, your customizable/personalizable mod potential goes down.

Well the wouldn't be any customizing. Aside from water cooling system installation. Maybe throw a cathode in there.
