When using my computer to its max right now, I'm getting a little over 13V on my +12V rail. I'm assuming this means I 'm pretty much using up my power supply's potential right? So I should invest some money into an Enermax 400W or something? I've only got a cheap 350W right now.

yeah, I would consider upgrading to like a 450 500 watter..

just make sure its a quality ps. a good brand name. the is your whole computer your talking about.
