Would 500 watts ANTEC neopower psu be enough for 6800gt amd 3400 skt 939 proc mobo 2 gig memory etc etc
just trying to be safe,
and those antec newpower HE 500watts? are those good I DEF want protection for my parts , if my psu takes anything out with it, im taking it out back with a shotgun

You will be fine. Although I like my P/S very much and feel it should be considered right next to the one your looking at.

It will be enough. Though if you want to know how much energy your system will need view this website.
The antec PSU shoudl be enough to cover what you are planning to get so far.

Ok I opted for the Truepower 2.0 EPS 550 watt say I put in a 7800gtx with my setup now, would it run okay u think? or would i need a better PSU

i wouldn't forsee any problems unless you were running two 7800gtx's in sli

It should do the job ok! If you plan on heavy OCing or possibly going SLI you might want to think about a different psu, but other than that the antec one should work just fine.

It always depend on the PSU itself.A 500W Antec and a 500W noname is like day and night even if it says 500W on the cover
