Does anyone know if Flexo PET in white is UV reactive? I am going to sleeve my PSU and want all white cables. I assume so as usually anything white is.

You're better off asking them (the flexo site) since as you said USUALLY anything white is but it's not always so

I would assume that its UV reactive considering that almost everything white is UV reactive. But thats just me.
