Enermax

it'll be powering a MSI K8N Neo2-F, a 3500 venice, 1 250gb hd, a crappy vid card & like 6 80mm fans

i mainly noticed the amp rating on the 12v rail...i mean 33A is that accurate? all the other psu's in the $50 or even $100 range dont come close to that on the 12v rail.

yea, i know...i think its cuz the power supply is an older model, @ least thats what i gathered from my google search

however...i found THIS model over @ zipzoomfly

whattya guys think of that one?
Nerm
between the two that you have posted I would choose the Enermax one. Unless you want to spend $100+ for a really nice one. smile.gif

i figured that much, but i'm questioning the 33A on the 12v rail of the enermax, that seems really high for a psu in this price range..don't ya think?

edit:
HERE is the same enermax over @ zzf

Well I found at least three other sites that also say that Enermax has 33A on the +12v rail. I know that seems pretty good for a cheap PSU though. Well if you buy it and it doesn't have 33A on the +12v rail then you can send it back under false advertising lol. But, even on the PSU sticker on the egg it says 33A and 3 other sites besides the egg are saying it ouputs 33A so I would believe it.

For the price it don't look bad for a budget to light gaming rig. I wouldn't want it powering my gaming/benching rig though.

i'm not to concerned with getting the highest bench scores, or the highest possible FPS. the rig its gonna power isn't gamed on that much, so im not to concerned about it wink.gif
