i need a program to moniter rails b/c my friend is getting a new case that comes with a power supply and well.. it looks like a less than steller psu. if u have any suggestions please tell me

Dont use programs!!!, these are never accurate, get yourself a multimeter, its very useful.

yea, using a proggy to monitor voltage is much worse even than monitoring temps that way. And it is much easier to use a multimeter than a temp probe, IMO.
