I'm opting to go with this CASE because of the great review and 2 120mmfans and side window 80mm fan. Plus the 450watt PS that comes with it. I've also heard that Xion makes quality power supplies. so my question is, can i still overclock with this rig or do i need a sturdier PS?

You will definately want to go with a more beefier PSU, mmoreso from a better brand though. I've never heard of Xion.

will this PSU do the job?

You need to do some research on their PSU's before you trust your hardware with it.. chances are if you haven't heard about them, you may have stability problems if your power isn't right...

power supplies are underappreciated especially with the new hardware out. you could get the case if you like it, but you may want to look into a good quality PSU to put in it.

i do understand the importance of a good PSU, but I'm struggling to find a nice case and be able to throw in a solid PSU for under $100 that would allow me some room to oc. suggestions. I can do the Case and PSU as a seperate deal. they don't need to cometogether, but i just need to be able to oc.

Dude that PSU is worse than the one that came with your case lol. The PSU that came with your case supplies 18A on the +12v rail and the one you linked to above only supplies 15A on the +12v. If you plan on OCing then don't skimp on the PSU and get a nice one that costs more than $50 lol. I personally recommend the OCZ powerstream 520w for an OCing rig or the OCZ powerstream 600w or the PC P&C 510w for extreme OCing rig.
