Although I don't like the design of the case it does have a very nice shiny finish and the flame grill is cool too.

That is one sexy lookin case. I can only imagine having to wipe the finger prints off every half hour at a LAN party. Heck you'd be the only person with a case and a required "please do not touch" sign.

Thats the kind of finish that only comes with modified one of cases. I think there is a work log at gruntville that shows how and what was done to those cases.

Veerrryy Shineyy, I like it, but it would stand out a bit too much. Also if it were in my house it would be scratched and smudged to much.

That'd be a hassle and a half. you upen the case door and you have 1/2 hr of polishing the handle!

If I remember correctly, that was an anodized aluminium case that was sanded down to bare aluminium, and then "polished", not "chromed".
Look at your local auto and paint stores, you should be able to find "chrome polish". It has the shine and look of chrome, but you rub it on, buff it, add some more, buff it out again, blah blah blah.

Yeah, right up until the point where you start to do it. Trust me, having been an R6 owner, I know how much of a pain in the arse it is to polish stuff. It just plain sucks. You'll love the look of it, but unless you have about 20 hours or more to work on it, and you can do that without going insane or your arm falling off, you don't want to do this. BIG props to that person for putting in the work, but no thanks.
I love the grill for his radiator. Looks tight.
