On paper it looks decent, but I would like to play with it myself before making an honest opinion of it. As far as the looks fo it I think it is ugly as sin.

That thing only has a single 12V rail. For that kind of money I'd look at a
Silverstone SST-ST652ZF 650W Power Supply. It has quad 12V rails and active PFC. Or I'd look at a PCP&C PSU.
