Oh brother.

Really Simple Syndication (aka Rich Site Summary or RDF Site Summary). Basically allows a site's content to be delivered directly to you. i.e. Latest news, latest forum post, latest updates, etc.

Can't figure out how to get it to work.

Can't figure it out??
It's as simple as getting a program (or web page) that has the ability to read RSS feeds (Opera, Thunderbird, Firefox, etc.) and then pointing it to the URL for the feed.

Don't have the time?

The idea behind RSS is to save you time. Rather than having to vist every website to see what is new, you open up the RSS feeds, see the headlines (and in some cases the entire article).
