Just put it under the GFX card, and make sure there are at least 2 open ports, because it takes up a lot of space. It lowered my GFX temps like 3C.

Creative! I was gonna do something similar for ram cooling, but went a little farther and made a 80mmfan w/ plexi tunnel thing over the ram
Some 60mms move a nice amount of air...I have one on the side of my gpu heatsink. They are annoyingly loud and buzzy tho! Luckily my other fans and tornado drown it out 
Not bad, a bit ghetto but it looks good
not a bad use for the stock amd fan.
