I'm am looking to replace the stock power and reset buttons on my Artec Alienware styled case. I want to get one with either a light in it or maybe find one of those clear plastic light dispersing rings that i can put around it and add an led too. I cannot find either anywhere.

when in doubt, make your own!

all you need is some decent plastic and some LED's!
oh..and a dremel

I know I know but if i decide i need to make my own i want the right stuff i don't want to hack the case up for example with the plastic.

plastic 1. You can tell the led is on one side because the other is dim.
Plastic 2. with the led on one side the light is still dispersed evenly.

I know it's kind of anal but it's for my wifes case and I need it to look as professional as possible. She couldn't care less about the hobby (addiction) of modding but finding those black buttons on a black case in a dimmly lit room sux. Not to mention it looks boring .

ok how about clear window molding anyone know where i can snatch some up? I've looked through just about every site linked from here.
