If you check out the MSR4610-APD that skyhawk makes, you will see that it comes with 2 120mm fans on the side panel. Well, calyco and I are doing a winter term class here at college and we are modding our cases for college credit (gotta love that!). I just put in a 120mm blowhole and dropped my ambient temp almost 20c. I just got done playing some GTA3 for an hour and as soon as I quit, my temps were 35/19. So, if you're looking for a good way to chill your ambient and CPU (it dropped about 12-14c), I would definitely suggest a blowhole - relatively painless mod to put in.

We will have pics of our modding expeditions once they are complete. Let me tell you, though - cal's window(s) look pretty frickin tight.
