Why are you concerned about the BTX form factor at all?
BTW, I only use Thermaltake cases myself, but I couldn't tell you if they are in any way compatible with Intel's BTX FF.

All the hype surrounding Intel's BTX form factor has pretty much subsided. It was a nice idea since it had cooling as the first priority. However, there have been few manufacturers/OEMs that have adopted BTX and it doesn't look like they will anytime soon.
If you're going to go with an AMD system, then it makes no sense to be ready for BTX since it's very unlikely mobo companies will make BTX mobos for AMD processors for several more years. AMD doesn't have the same heat problems as Intel does, so it doesn't even really NEED to utilize BTX; ATX is just fine for an AMD based system.
I recommend you just buy a nice case that is known for it's cooling properties. That way you won't have to worry about your system overheating. Plus, since it's unlikely that BTX is going to become the "next big thing" like it was supposed to, your new case will last you several years, with many upgrades, even a new rig.

You didn't mention your budget, but the CoolerMaster Stacker is an awesome case, lots of room and great cooling. You can also reconfigure it so it is a BTX case if you want (though it is a real pain).
