only thing I can think of is that plexiglass isn't as breakable?

Got this idea. What about a stained glass window i.s.o plex-glass or tinted/frosted glass?
Any1 ever Cn it done b4?

Got the design, and a bud-E told me his chick ( Th@s wife in plain English ) nos how 2 do it ( Stained glass U pervs :-) so I was thinking of getting her 2 help me ( With the Mod guys, plz keep Ur minds on the subject ok ) But every mod I C has Bn done with Plexiglass and not real glass, Y is th@?

i actually saw this on tv today. And it looks REALLY GOOD. just amke sure u do it right. and most importantly get a cool pic on the glass!

Its not really that glass breaks easier..
its that it soo much heavier..
and its hard to cut into.. like making a circle hole to put fans in..
if it wasent for that glass would be used quite a bit.. just because it looks better I think..

yes, screen savers rox! i would still be worried about it breaking... if anything hits it its gone!

yeah.......well lexan and plexi galss are strong as heck. a guy that benched 300 pounds couldnt break it. quarter inch think is bullet proof. glass is way too weak and the plastic crap looks pretty decent. i bought some today along with some trim and some velcro, im installing my window tommorow
