I have been in the process of upgrading my computer, and am deciding on components. for the PSU, i like OCZ. they seem to be high quality. anyway, which should i get, the 450W modstream, or the 420W powerstream. i like the modsteams extra 30W, modular cables, and price that is $10 less. but i have heard that power stream is good, and the fact that they have adjustable rails is good (but can someone please explain why this is good, and what they specifically adjust?)
gravy
from what i have read, a good power supply does not give you the option to manually adjust the rails, but that doesn't mean the powerstream isn't any good

on the other hand, the modstream is modular, so i guess ti comes down to what suits your needs best, the extra 30W won't make a difference, now 100W might, but 30, naw, if you're 30W from instability, then you need something much bigger in the first place

so i say go with either one, but keep your eyes open on other brands, Antec makes some really good PSU's, but i would take forever listing the good ones, you're on the right track
