Anyone got that link to the silent PC website? I want to do that HDD Aluminium plate sandwich with elastic holding it in a 5 1/4" bay thing, as it is definitely the noisiest thing in my computer.

put some termal compound in between. it will reduce noise, further, and it helps to cool the harddrive.
