While browsing Newegg I came across some XClio PSU's. After noticing the similar PSU casing as the NeoPower PSU, I did a quick check of the RU/UL number of the XClio PSU's (E161451) and to no big suprise its listed as a Channel Well Technology (same manufacturer of the Antec PSU's).

These XClio PSU's are ATX v2.0 PSU's just like the NeoPower (24-pin ATX connector and the dual 12v rails), and I wouldn't be suprised if they performed the same as well. The only major obvious difference is that the XClio's lack modular cables. If you don't need modular cables and/or need a cheaper PSU than the Antec NeoPower (but the same performance), this is the perfect solution.
