are there any sites that have palletts or something where u can print off and trace over some plexi and then mount it to a fan for a grill? id like to find a nice deisgn and trace it... if not im gonna go uber crazy with my dremel and just be creative... anyone know of any? itll be going on 2 120mm thunderblades

oh ya and im trying to decide between UV red power supply sleeving and UV blue round IDE cables, or UV round IDE cables and UV blue power supply sleeving... ive only got blue cold cathodes... a loit of fluorescent stuff glows... but i dunno how bright the cables are going to glow.. i wanna add a touch of UV

Good luck, It will be very hard to cut a fan grill out of plexi, and when you are done it is going to have melted plexi around all the corners.

i cut out some plexi from my main window behind some mesh... so itll breathe.. i just used a low speed and then sanded the edges down when i got done with it.. it was a clean cut.. too bad my initial drawn line wasnt straight laugh.gif

keep whatever you use running slow and take your time so it doesn't heat up and it wont look all melted around the edges wink.gif i've done it, the pics in my case gallery show the two 80's i cut out for in my side panel, no problem

im gonna draw some designs here in school when i get bored.. and im gonna work on it for awhile... and then im gonna use only a dremel.. no hole saws... i now know how to cut plexi thanks to what i did to the side.. it took a bit to get used to it.. but it came out nice... itll be easier i think for this fan grill... ill get some screenies of it as i go along

should i paint it with UV clear/blue paint? thatd be sweet!
