Full Version: Need Paint Suggestions
I'm sick of looking at my Antec SX-1040 charcoal grey case. I'm thinking I might go with a dual color scheme. I'll probably paint the chassis internals a high gloss candy blue (think Yamaha R6) and the outside I'll probably do Lamborghini yellow or black. Maybe even the reverse, I don't know. Anyway, I hear Krylon Fusion is good, but what are some other suggestions? I plan on priming, painting a few coats, and clear coating to get a car gloss finish, so I need something relatively professional but reasonably priced.
Krylon Fusion is for painting plastic. I've achieved decent results with paints from the auto parts store like Dupli-Color. Plasti-Kote (gotta love these names) is alright too. You can get Dupli-Color at WallyWorld also.

lol, go to the dealer and see how much theyll charge you for car paint or motorcycle paint lol!!!

Yeah, sorry about that. Anyway, as I said, Dupli-Color is nice. You might want google up some stuff, maybe hit a couple modding sites (Bit-Tech, Gruntville) and see what people are using.
