Try to neatly align the cables behind the drive cages. I can not tell from the picture, but are you using zip wraps? If not, those can help a great deal.

You may want to route as many of the cables as possible behind the mobo tray. That worked for me

that wiremanagement actually looks ptretty good, its the case that is the problem.. its very "long" causing you to hvve to strech wires across.
The connector to the video card would look beter if it was not held down by the IDE cable. Notice how much extra wire is visible because it goes under the ide cable?
Also from what I can tell from the pic, you hid some extra wires in the 4th drive bay, try to hide it at the top, the 1st one, that would make a hudge improvement

I would say in a case like this,
Just unplug everything and while reconnecting them, place them in back of parts while maintaining long enough wire to reach where ever it has to reach. You should be good after.

If you can flip the hds around , that will get rid of the connectors in the front of the hd. This might take some modding, but you can do it. ALso hide cables behind the mobo tray. I have 90% of cables behind mobo tray and behind the hd cage.

for that kinda case i dont think it wil lget much better.
some stuff is inavoidable. Most of mine are routed behind the drive bays and motherboard. you dont wanna see the mess on the "unseen" side of the case
