Looks like a great job sleeving the psu, how long did it take you, and how much for all of the equptment?

Very nice sleeving work. I remember my first sleeving job, I thought it'd take like 20 minutes of work. It took me that long just to figure out how to get the molex connectors off, plus another hour to actually get stuff done. I didn't feel like buying a remover.

from 4 oclock to 10, so 6 hours, but i had to go to radioshack to get more heatshrink, and my lighter ran out of fluid and i had a bunch of other little inconviences. The gear cost me $40 +\- $10 all together, for the lights, the sleeving kit, and the replacment connectors.

Thanks, I was thinking about getting a psu & sleeving it & replacing molexes. All the cool psu's arent sleeved :-( so It looks like I'm gonna have to do the job whenever I get a new psu :-P Thanks again

tis a hard thing to do realy is sort the insides, i do think whats the point sleeving if u r gonna hide them all, its stupid. cos with the panel on it looks realy nice all uv'd up. its hard to get it messy and look good, wich u have got so keep it like it is, u either have it like that, or hide as many as you can, so the ones you can see look nice. but i think you got the nice scruffy look, its like hair. some people can have scruffy hair and it look good, some have scruffy look and look scruffy. if you know what i mean.

I'm with you - I think it looks pretty cool all lit up. But hey ...
I just did pass 1 of wire mgt on my machine. Will post pix up when I get back from work. A small change in MB and CPU temp, but not drastic. I used a combination of sleeving, tubing, electrica tape, shrink wrap, and round IDE cables. Looks a little mix-n-match, but gives it a pretty original look! Frankenstein-ish (me thinks).

well here is my opinion all the money u spent on a psu and heat shrink and the sleeving had to be around at least 100 bucks. right? you could have just bought a ultra xconnect with round cables and the ease of only using the cables u need.
that is my personal opinion

Yeah, but at the time I bought the psu i didnt have 100 bucks, my psu was only $60.
Keep in mind I DONT have a full window, it has that funky shape so it hides some of the wires, so it dosnt look too scruffy, so with that in mind should i hide some more, or keep as is.

Go for it. It'll look ugly as hell, but if it's a non-windowed case, and all you're going for it tidyness, sure. Don't even bother with the Zip-Ties, the adhesive on the electrical tape should hold on fine.
