I just moved all my stuff to a new room, the other one was getting too crowded. So i took the bigger room in the basement after all, PC repair and modding is like my job, so you can call this my office loll

this is left and right side tongue.gif

While we're at it why dont we turn this thread into where do you mod thread and post a pic of your modding spot tongue.gif
old_oc'er
Here is my little corner where i try to mod lol
Some_Guy_
My modding area is under a foot of snow.
kurosen
lol Some_Guy_

at home i just start working where the parts are... barely enough room to breathe, let alone mod tongue.gif
fire_storm
Nice mod area.
JerrDogg77
i am getting ready to buy another desk for my mod area, also some nice rubbermade containers. my box of parts is overflowing, especially with fans.
Fueler
Here's mine, I do more fabrication than actual modding here. I just like to build things from scratch.
Uber
hmmm, once i get ahold of a digital camera, i will have to take pics of my area. i used to do it in the basement, but now parents want me doign it all in the garage.... but now i have unlimited access to all the tools i could dream about biggrin.gif
Vampire
I use my dads shed. Its huge, and has every tool I would ever need. smile.gif
yatstv
i use my father in laws portocabin, big shed! not many tools in there though, very limited in what i can do. hes a lumberjack so its mainly chainsaws and axes, and theyre not the best of modding tools. he he tongue.gif
Uber
hmmm my dad is a machinest/welding engineer, i have everythign you could dream of, as well as lots of power toold biggrin.gif

Vasto
I mod in the basement, and take everything out in our dining room. (We don't use it often, only for parties.)

My dad has alot of tools. Alot is for cutting wood, but he used to be into cars, so we have alot of car modding things.
bigr5026
mine is a full auto shop

I saw one similar at CDN tire with lazer sighting loll laugh.gif i think i'm going to get it this weekend, while my GF is out to her mom loll tongue.gif

And tjohnson1988 can you beleive i started with this two years ago ohmy.gif
tbone2sk
wow a lot has happened in 2 years. I'm only 16 so voltmodding is a good start. Some time I'm going to build my own phase charge system, but i do not have the money now.
DarkScorpion
i do all of my modding outside, simply because texas=lotta sunlight. Plus, I hate being confined to rooms, I like to be out doors. its good to be relaxed while modding, steadies the hand smile.gif
The_WRATH
dont really have a modding room, per say, a little snip snap once in a while so i just use my room, got a desk with enough space...sometimes i use the floor as well lol
DarkScorpion
LoL, i couldnt stand modding in my room, everything would become cramped and messy, and im a perfectionist dry.gif
The_WRATH
lol yup
i think i spend more time cleaning up then actually modding

Looks Good!!! You're still going to need a good drillpress vice though. You should also pick yourself up a bottle of "Cutting Oil" It'll keep your bits cutting better and they will stay sharp longer. When your drill bits do wear out get yourself a "Drill Doctor $80.00". Not cheap but a lot cheaper in the long run than buying new drill bits. wink.gif
The_WRATH
not about to put one of those in my room.........or would i biggrin.gif

You guys and ur clean work benches, Ill show u mine tommorow. Ull have nightmares if u see it tonight

Man do i know! i have like 3 pounds of worn out bits in a plastic container, i keep them saying to myself, i have to buy that drill doctor one day,

That'll be for sure the next thing on the list smile.gif

Edit : It did had the lazer sight. i had to dismantle it and bring it back to get the one i saw. It was my fault , i didn't check on the box the first time tongue.gif

the new one i brough back is looking pretty much the same but with this nifty gadget,(and you all know how i love useless gadgetery laugh.gif)

And in the mean time for the vise thing, i have good welding clamps that will do for now wink.gif
