I just recently started to build a new system it consists of

A64 2800
DFI Lanparty ut nf3 250gb
512mb patriot pc4000
western digital 40gb hd
52x24 cd burner
normal cd drive
6 case fans
koolance exos liquid cooling system
ATI 9600np
and a few cold cathods
right now i'm maxed out for cash and i'm left with a 350w psu from my old rig. Will this run this all? Is it dangerous for me to run it on this low of wattage. If i really wanted to i could probably find a cheap 500w but i was hoping to save up for a good one. I just want your guys oppinions. If you guys have any suggestions for a psu i would gladly appreciate it and i care more about performance than style so if theres a good plain psu out there that has some good rails i'll take it. Thanks in advance for any suggestion/advice.

Not for that 350W ushally about right to power a system oif this caliber
P4 1.5ghz willamet
512mb ddr
onboard video and sound
two opticals
a floppy
and harddrive
with air cooling
for that I suggest a 500w or 550w fortron Psu it's about $100usd but you won't dissapointed in it
