ThunderChicken
well i know its been done before just having probs finding it on the internet

i wanna basicly put my xbox in my comp put the hdd in the 3.25 bay and the dvd/cdrom drive in the 5.25 bay im thinking that the mobo/psu/everything else since its so small may fit behind my drive bays so people couldnt even see it

do u think this is possible?

i think it would be fun and airflow or heat isnt a prob because of the way i have my case setup *no side panel* so the air the cpu is taking is ambient air which is cooler than case temps but anyways if i was going to do this im trying to figure out how to attach the mobo/psu/proc/ram on to the side of the case witchout ruinning it ive though of elec tape lol i cant think of anything that i could use to connect it or attach it to the case

i have a Cheiftec Full tower case *ill post some pics of the space im talkinga bout once i get my camera back from a friend

is this a doable project? or am i just stupid lol?

Please... don't say lol again... lol.

Anyway, you would need standoffs to keep the thing from frying itself. Plus some good aircooling.

It sure is possible and IF i had an xbox i would probable be doing the same thing.
