When I did my mom's rig, I went and got a 1/8" thick piece of plexiglass cut at the local Home Depot. Just go there or Lowe's or a store of that kind and you should find it.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

sorry... i work for a plastics company and i hate when people buy plastic from HD or Lowes.

i've heard so many horror stories of home depot and lowes cutting things un-square and scratching the hell outta the acrylic / polycarbonate / lexan ect....

We use a local Glass Store. Every town has one......

They fix Car windows biggrin.gif

I had 6 18"X18" 1/4 Inch Poly for like 70$ bucks.

A little price but easy to workwith and well almost Bullet Proof.

dang 70$ you might as well throw in an extra 30 and get a new case with a window installed and a power supply. idk if its worth 70$besides if you mount the window behind the cuts you make to the metal it doesn't have to be a perfect shape just as long as it covers everything that is showing.
