well i was modding my case to mount the switch for my ccl on top of it. and well.i kinda got out of hand with the dremel and slipped and scratched the case. not bad though but i was wondering what i should do to touch it up, like auto paint, just base coat, house paint. idk maybee some of you guys that mod a lot can give me an idea of what to do.

is ur case glossy or flat?
This is why u tape up the working space

lookin at what was done, the dremel probably would have went straight thru tape

lol its flat. and i did have it taped up but it ripped through the 2 layers of tape on there so i was a little upset that the tape didn't help.

ya i suppose. ok
if its flat just buy some lacquer paint. Dries in 15 min so u dont have to waste time on that. U might want some primer too or maybe if the cuts are deep fill em with bondo
This is why you work on the back

you should have taken the case apart and started from the inside, so if that did happen then no one would see

it would have been really hard to start from the inside because there is a 3/4 inch lip from the top of the case for holding the side in place and the dremel is longer than the case is wide. but i guess i could have mounted the switch horizontally.

I never modded before, but I will remeber that tip for when I do.

I did the same thing on my black X-Blade.
I'm just gonna get a case skin to cover it.
