Where can I get some trick fasteners, preferably hex-head aluminium?

I found this site but I'd like to see them in person before buying. It's the kind of thing I'll know what I want when I see it.

umm try the hardware store and if they don't have the color buy em anyway and spraypaint them

Why not just buy from them? Their prices look pretty good.

I need nuts for the screws, they don't seem to have any nuts to match.

Screws are aluminum.
They can bind easily sometimes.

you could ask them for a sample bolt and nut to check the quality, i dont see why any reputable company would deny you that.
