Ok, I need some help. I was on my pc and I noticed my pc temps above normal so I did some searching to find the problem. Well I found it, my power supply fan stopped workin for no reason and I don't like this. Also my window fan has stopped working and it dosn't work on any of my molexes. Pluss my 2 Tornado fans on the back have stopped working also. When they are pluggen into the power supply the power supply fan dosn't work, but when I unplug them it does. what the heck! Please help!

sounds like you could be overloading your powersupply...just a guess though

New PSU Time.
Hurry, shut your comp down, or soon the wonderful smell of burning circuits will fill your house.

If i get you right all your fans including your PSU fan went dead?
well not dead if you plug them in another PS! Seems a little odd though that your other stuff still works, you didn't mention the motherboard and the CPU fan!
From what yousay, it looks like your PS went bye bye but in that case your whole system should have stopped working too !?!?

I came across a problem similar to this the other day at work.
Try a new PSU in the machine it might be that it is mostly broken and that there is only a trickle charge reaching the motherboard and fans which isnt enough to make everything work.
Are you getting any power to the motherboard, or are any other L.E.D's turning on?

sounds time for a newer (and nicer) PSU, look around, and don't be afraid to have to spend $50-75 on a decent one, you'll be glad!

if the fans stop working get a new one. that sign only last for a week depending how much you use it. It can burn at any time now. if you don't, the result might be fatal. like Burnt out mobo, CPU went dead, etc..

Sounds like the perfect excuse to get anything...but why did you feel the need to resurrect a 5 month old topic?
