Check out the title, which do you guys think is better, and why?
Some_Guy_
I think the wavemaster looks better.
insane_bobo
I am using th Tsunami now and it is awesome with its cooling and i love the sturiness and the blue leds and the big fans and the top usb port
Nemo
I prefer this case SilverStone TJ05. It's a similar style case to the other two.

better build your own case more satifaaaaction....

this case owns all!

cm stacker

I've seen the stacker in a review a while ago. I don't quite understand it from the website though. Has anyone seen a cost on it. I am actually leaning toward the Tt Tsunami Dream right now.

Not many people have the time, money, and tools to build their own cases.

coolermaster is freaking awsome

I have the coolermaster Wave Master so I guess I would have to say that one, now wheres my prize? What no prize...what am I doing here?

Here another wavemaster owner. If you want quality, go coolermaster. I had several Tt products and the overall quality just plainly sucks, they use cheap materials. I had a 180€ subzero4G peltier cooling from Tt, it had bad performance, and it ended in hte garbage after 1 1/2 months; power suply kept on failing and by thus shutted the pelt and the hsf!!!
One negative point about the wavemaster is it's airflow; they placed 2 fans as intakes in the front, but the intake holes are too small, not enough air can get in, + those fans are placed about 1 cm away from the intake holes, which give them the opportunity to brass air from the inside of the case, instead of forcing air from the outside to the inside; Remedy; added a little construction so the intake fans could only take external air in and couldn't brass internal air + mounted the top fan as an intake, for better air rush throughout the case 22°c case temp @ roomtemp 20°C.

If u can, go to a shop that sells both, inspect and compare them, then decide.

I own a tsunami. And I had the same problem you have. I looked at both cases and came to the conclusion that the Tsunami had better airflow, had plenty of room to work in(no need for removable mobo tray) and I just plain liked the look of it.

If you like these style cases, why not check out the Coolermaster Cavalier 1 and Cavalier 3...

I like the case more than the Tsunami and Wavemaster because of the design and the placement of the "front" usb/audio/etc ports
chavalcito
I am now contemplating between the Cavalier 3 and the Tsunami, they are the same price. dry.gif dry.gif

tsunami all the way the case is butiful!! very very well put together. the air flow is wonderful and there is plenty of room

man those stacker cases. Why would u need THAT many ports.. Does one really need that many monitoring devices

after much umming and ahhing i went for the Tsunami... it's in my room right now waiting to be modded... that's right, i'm going to mod it even before i build it... biggrin.gif

the reason i went for the Tsunami was because it's aluminium whereas the Cavalier is mostly steel and only an alu door...
Hyper Threaded
I went through the same thing, having trouble deciding on the Silverstone, Tsunami, Wavemaster or Cavalier 1/3. I finally made a decision and went with the Tsunami, it's an awesome case. Even with the air filter on the front, it runs consisitently 1-2c cooler than the old Xaser did without any filters.
zigen
i dont like them both sad.gif go for a lian li lol <3 me lian li
fire_storm
I would say the wave master.
hardnrg
in case anyone wants to know... the Tsunami can accomodate 5.25" drive bay items with up to a 12mm protusion (e.g. things like fan controllers, SB LiveDrive, and the like)

just thought i'd mention it since the Vantec Nexus' knobs are too large for the door to close... ah well, an upgrade for my current xp rig then biggrin.gif

and the old hand-me-down trick for the cheapy fan controller to my PIII rig... nice
Nemo
Well, I went with the Silverstone TJ-05- but it's a beast with only the front door being aluminum. But it looks really nice. It's got the 2 quiet 120mm fans and the option to add three 80mm fans, two on the left side to cool the motherboard and one on the right side that will blow across the hard drives.

Just for fun, I also got a CM stacker which I hope to be building this weekend biggrin.gif
