Well i got bored and realized i had a buttload of this florecent orange paint. well i put two and two toghter. after i did that i decided to paint my motherboard with it

here was the result
Btw the case is apart because of my painting endeavor

Wow! at first I was thinking, what the heck, he painted his mobo!!11one But now that I saw the pic that looks freakin awesome dood. Great idea!

actully i did the sound card. the video card aint mine. ill wait for my radeon to mutilate it

thats hot dude, never thought of doing it cuz im afraind the paint will drip and cover the coil strips and not function properly, plus parents wont let

Dood that looks great! Are those UV cathodes as bright as they appear in that pic? Mine arnt half as bright

he meant paint it above u so that it drips down to the groud and not to the mobo...but i was actually thinking of buying some blue glow in the dark paint and do different parts of my case and mobo...hope ya ont mind..and glow in the dark works great with UV right?? i know the green and orange glow in the dark worked very good..do u think blue will..??

well i see no reason why it wouldnt. but still blue is so common you should go for a less "popular" scheme. everyone wubs their blue nowadays. in either case. if it says floresecnt on the can, then it will work just fine

well i love blue..it was my fav. color way before i ever go into computer lighting and also i have all my blue uv fans, wire, and 2 uv lights so...

humm that looks nice, now back to adding stuff to my sell list and getting some pics up, looks like alot of uploading to do, and editing. Anyway great job, i though about tracing my video card circuits with gell pens and putting a UV light in my case....but no.

i do have a question for u tho...did u spray the ide plugs on the mobo or were they like that..and if u did do they still work?? with pain on the pins that is

that's the way the mobos come.
also...for general:
-did you just spray the paint into like a bowl or something...THEN paint it on? since it was spraypaint and all

Lol i forgot about this thread. but ya thats what i did. painting spray paint with a paintbrush tho is very challenging work. u gotta put like 4 caots otherwise u can see the brissle strokes.
