when i try to up my fsb or my vcore (vc at 1.50) my comp wont post . i think its my psu
am i right? its a raidmax 420w. running running 8 case fans along with stuff in my sig.

now i cant even run at mt old modest oc 2.1 fsb 210 it wont post

Those raidmax PSU's are horrible IMO. It is most likely your PSU that is causing the instability, but to make sure measure your voltagtes with a digital multimeter. However your oc'ing could be affected by other variables such as cpu temp, ram, etc.

its not my cpu temp 40c under load case 33c
ram is ok just got new stick had to rma to ocz ( just memtested in for 2hrs straight no errors

it is the PSU more than likely. I use a lot of the Raidmax cases because they make great cases, but their PSU's in them are horrible. Even the high performance Raidmax PSU's only get 13A @ +12v. I know very bad lol...that is why I don't use their PSU's in my high end systems.

mine has 16a on 12v rail pretty bad (just checked) so it is probly the psu . so were can i get the the new ultra x connect for a good price.

It also may be your fsb does not go that high that you want it at.
