I just recieved my new x dreamer in the mail and my front temp display isnt working. Does anybody that has this case know what to do to get the front temp 2 come on?

I have that case and i have heard that sometimes the wires get smashed where they come out the side of the case. Take the front cover off and check for a broken wire.

Well first you have to plug it in to power then put the temp sensor eather on the cpu or under it.

Mine was working fine, then it started to read in C rather than F. Then, it stopped working altogether. I called Aspire and they send me another temp. display free of charge. Of course, my temp. display started working right after that and has been working ever since. Try calling them; they should ship you a new one.

Not sure what your saying (oy1) whats that mean.

I called Aspire and theyre going to ship me a new 1 but i have to send like 5 bucks shipping. Is it hard to install? i meant instead of it sayaing like 188.8 some of the segments are like burnt out so it just says 1yy.y and stuff

the case also comes with this thing that looks like a photocell. it has a big plus sign on it and it has 2 wires going intoa 4 pin connector. What is this?

Isn't that the temp probe?

i dont think so, the temp probe i believe is the white thing / the orange on the end. this is round and black w a red wire and a black wire coming off of it.

Then that be easy to fix then
