hiya
ive searched for this in google & on this forum, but i"m not 100% sure what to look for
i have an Antec Sonata case, and it has 2 leds in the front of the case, and now i was wondering if it is possible to make it go on & off depending on the music
ive seen this in a few cases, but then with CCFL lights
but anyway, here are my specs:

the only thing that changed is that my cpu runs at 2.25Ghz now instead of 2.08

i hope its clear

I got a Sound activated neon(RGB) and it aint got notnin` to do with software. nor it should. What you gota do is get a microphone, download a scheme for making a little board(chip) which will do the sound activate magic and connect it all. I would probbaby use more electrtical terms if i knew how to say them in english(from Croatia-Europe) but i think you get what im trying to say.

PS: you can probably buy somehing like that. Maybe only the board or something. I did something like that in school just with 60w light bulbs (220V).

ya i was looking for that. i think thats for CCFLs tho.

heres how u can make it work

youll need to sacrifice a CCFL

Cut off the CCFL connector and strip the ends. Then wire up the LEDS to it. I Would wire them in a parrale cicuit with a 400+ ohm resistor (Depending on the Voltage of the LEDs)

also unless u plan to light stuff with those LEDs (case, bezel etc) dont use superbrights. use the Lower mcd ones because those will actully just light up and not provide alot of light to the surroundin area, opposed to blinding u everytime u look at them.
