Just....crazy. Later on the writer reveals that tie wraps (cable ties) were used to hold the mess of cables around xD

Was any of that true? I heard stuff about that like a year ago that the government just made that up and stuff. I dont know how they would do it, dont you think some information would have leaked out a little earlier. Or did i not hear this and am i making and idiot of myself.
