I think I screwed up so much.. my case is like so thick that dremel wouldn't cut,, nor does jig saw..
I went to the machineary shop,, than they told me its too THIck... to cut..
I can't belive it

thats pretty crap thick. A hacksaw would work but it would help if we could get some pics of this....

Dremel or a hacksaw should still cut it, it'll just take longer.

What type of case is it?

Two words: Blow torch.
I don't care if your computer is inside of a tank (hmm....that'd be interesting tongue.gif ), a blow torch would cut it. biggrin.gif

ya that would mess up your paint....might aswell just get a high power water pump cutter thinga-ma-jig.

Get either a laser torch, (very fine flame, youd still have to repaint) or go and get it laser cut, lots of places would do that.

hehe or even better get a grinder and put a HUGE cutting disk on it
the after use your dremel to fix the teribble cuts, thatll work forsure biggrin.gif

nothing works, plus I took it to my uncles welding shop,, well he said I need to repaint after,,, I could cut it that way.. haven't tried the hacksaw..
btw its like cast iron case... its heavy..
