I was just looking aroun on new edd and saw this, would this work very well with my tornado fan?Noise matt

Sound mats are meant to absorb vibrationas from the fans and HDD's in your case. Thed sound you hear from the tornado is the air moving, not the fan itself.

But you still have to remember that all sound is vibration. It will dampen it a little but no where near absolute silence.

i doubt it will work well ,but you only asked if it will work so, Yes it will

I feel for you man i had that fan and got rid of it fast!
