Anyone know where I can get some frosted plexiglass from. I want to put a sheet of on the bottom of my Chieftec Case to hide some wires and give off a little reflection as well as have a sheet up above the top rail by the PSU to hide some more wires and a ccfl.

You could lightly sand a sheet of plexi. If you use a fine grit it would be translucent w/o any huge scratches.

home depot has a spray that turns standard glass/plexiglass into frosted .. and i also think they now have ones with colour tints... you'll find it in their paint dept with the rest of the spray paint

Just leave it here in Michigan over the winter...Ha tongue.gif

I'll check at Home Depot but I think I might try sanding some too. See which one turns out better. What grit sand paper should I use? I have a couple different kits that go from 100-1600.

Hmmmm.Good question.I would guess the super fine stuff would be a good place to start.Maybe use a scrap piece for testing.

Here is the case I will be putting this in. I just want it on the inside between the window and above the top rail, cages, and bottom. This way I can hide a bunch of those unused and ugly wires.

Just take some fine sand paper to it, maybe 1000 grit. That should be good enough. If your willing to, you could frost a design into it smile.gif

had a friend just use a dremmel and scratch a design in (quake 3 logo) looked pretty freaking sweet imo

The sand paper worked great. As soon as I can figure out to cut this stuff without breaking I might be able to get something working. One thing I didn't realize was the cage clips on the removable hd & 3.5 cages stick out almost to the side so a pice of plexiglass won't fit there. Anyone know a good and quick way to cut this stuff so I can cut out a spot for those clips to slide into. Thx

if you got a jig saw or somthing similar that should work just fine and make sure that you use a small toothed blade so the edges aren't too rough
