Has any one tried Theese insted of cathodes? they say that they are stronger than a cathode and they are tiny. Also what do you guys think is the cheapest mod store? Because i am going to do a white effect on my next case.

I saw these a while back, they look like they projects a spot like Lazers do and I've had a bad experience with Lazer... I haven't tried those yet but would get one to try if:
a ) They have it in UV (long shot I know)
b ) Someone tells me they work nicely

would be cool for the special project, but it would have to fit a theme =)

i saw a review on them, they worked fine, but the the light isn't dispered as well as a cold cathode tube.

Thats what I thought, even when looking at their example picture.
4MD - as far as cheap modding stores: It really depends on what you are getting. Items vary among sites so it's about shopping around. At the top of the modding section of this forum there is a list of modding store links. Check em out.
For lighting I like www.Xoxide.com and www.SVC.com for other mods www.BestByte.net and www.FrozenCPU.com
