Was that under load, or idling? I've had some PSUs that held up awesome at idle, but dropped like crazy at load.

The +/- your rails are, depends on your PSU. Some manfufacturers design them with more of a tolerance in mind, whereas some only allow a +/- 1%.

Off-topic: A much simpler way of showing us your window without hiding everything is Alt-Prt Screen, which only copies the window you're on. Mmmhmm.

my antec at idle doesnt have voltages that good! But your negative side looks weird. Try running mbm5 instead. Maybe its a software issue.

your cmos battery is hella high, should be 3 but it may very well be software cause your -rails look a little wild but those arent really used anymore
