so I look at cpu-z and it shows my vcore going from 1.536 to 1.68, and I set my bios to 1.575. so does this mean my PSU sucks, and is under volting my cpu? and could cause stability issues?

I have a new TT 480 comming.

a crappy psu will cause instability and can be very dangerous.

Hmm your rails look fine....
That is really odd, usually the Asus P4c800 have problems with the Vcore Drooping....
I dunno man maybe try turning up the vcore a tad....
Maybe it wants some more juice?
Are you currently suffering from Stability problems?
