ive been looking for some guides online,but all i can find is junk so i figured id ask here where people know what there talking about. first off ive only owned a pc for about a year {a crap emachines} and im ready to talk a big step and build my first pc from sratch. ive alredy got my stuff toghether mobo= msi k8t neo fis2r, cpu=athlon 64 3400, memory=corsair twin x 1024 3200, hd=western digital 72000 120gig, and misc stuff like cpu and vga fan some stuff im not sure of is applying thermal paste when putting it on do you wipe it off or just leave it be. and putting in temp sencors on the cpu. tiny stuff like that. any helpful knowledge would be greatly appeciated. oh and im not looking to get into overclocking just yet,thats for later when i become more familure with the ins and outs of bois settings
