Hows this looking? Still needs some rounded IDE cables. I spray painted everything inside, that came out pretty good. I was going to get the nylon type sleeving but I ended up getting the plastic kind from the Wal-Mart auto department lol. $2.88 for the sleeving and $.90 for a can of spray paint. Can you think of anything else I can do to it? I was planning on getting some blue led fans... I think I'm going to stick with the ALL blue them.

its ok.. try to use some kinda tie and get the wire loom in a bunch or a cluster.. so its not so scattered.. let me find a pic to show you.. this is my case

Since you're saving so much on parts, perhaps you could invest in a better hfs. That stock one won't cool too well, and it's not much to look at

Nice, as others have suggested clean the clutter. B)

Nice job man!!!! I too am a big fan of blue........I am completing a custom case and installed a mirror on the floor of the case.......you could put a nice bright blue cathode light on the bottom and reflect the light up????/ withstupid.gif

this is a repeat of what others have said bunch and tie that loom together so it dont look like a rat nest in there then add some lighting and better cooling on the case and proc

btw good job biggrin.gif

I took your guys advice. This look any better?
gravy
looks alot better, but try running your cables around the motherboard on the right, behind the drives, and down the back side, where they are all hidden except for when you open the case wink.gif
asus
IDK if his cables are long enough to do that.. but it looks way better.. nice job

Loooks good, ME Like BLUE mmmmm
Ghost2520
Looks better but I still think somethings missing, maybe put a cathode with the mirror like Whitelightning said or put an etched window/applique in there.

hmm changing the leds on your case would definatly add to it... its simple.. de solder... find leds.. re solder:D nice and simple.. and will definatlymake it unique... im sure your bored of the green power led... change it to blue !

Actually, there is a blue light in the bottom heh. Its just not that bright. And the way I have my comp facing I never see the power LED hehe. But I think I might do that anyway. I have 4 case fans in there but I could definetly use a better heatsink. I was thinking about getting a volcano 12, anyone know how good they work? I heard they are very heavy and can like get ripped of the mobo and fall. Here is how I have my comp facing, lots of emphasis on the inside lol.
