I was wondering if these rails are ok. The reason I am asking is because every now and again My system shuts down.
Thx

They're acceptable, but not really as good as I would like to see them. They're within tolerence, but they are still a little off...that 3.3V seems especially weird. Was that screen taken under full load?

Vcore fluctuations are normal because of the changes in cpu load. I think those rails are probably good enough that they are not causing the problem, but if you see that 3.3V rail get much lower you may want to be concerned. What exactly happens when it shuts down?

same as hitting reset button on case.

Oh, so it comes back on? That is a sign of general system instability...have you tried raising your vcore a little? Also, what is your ram running at? I'm assuming you're running one of your dividers since you're at 231fsb.

I have crappy ram running on 3-4-4-9 @ 462
I notice that my mem still reads at 3-4-4-6 in cpuz
No I have not raised my Vcore yet .
I notice that when I turn prime95 on the system sounds like it slows down but prime ran for 16hh no problem
It is only a 320W Generic Maybee its time to invest in a Tt PSU.

Yeah, a new psu would be a good idea. I noticed a huge difference in overclocked stability when I switched from a generic 400W to my Antec TruePower 430. The only other thing you might want to try is lower your memory speed by using your first divider and see if it helps.
