A few years ago I uploaded some pics and would like to delete them (there was a limit at the time) in order to add others that I'd like to insert in a new thread... how do I go about doing this?

The control panel has changed a bit since the last time I uploaded pics so I need some advice.

Can I upload new pics from my hard drive as in the past or do I have to upload them to a hosting sight?

you can either upload from your HDD or use the "insert image" button above the text box when typing a message to link to a picture you have uploaded to a hosting site
