I've always been partial to semi-gloss myself.

well do you want it to be shiny inside or not?

from what i have read glossy is a no no. shows up imperfections and dust so i will go with either flat or satin.

i id think flat or satin.. because your right black glossy does show imperfections really bad, is your case clear sided, if not i personally dont think its worth the effort unless you wanna show off sweet water cooling or somthing

yes well i am putting in a water cooling system so i want to show it off.

Ive chromed the inside of a case before that looks pretty cool with some lights thrown in.

Go with a flat black primer and see how it looks. if you don't like it, just apply a coat of satin clear, if your don't like that, add a light coat of gloss clear.
