Can anyone post any links to some black cases that have room above the power supply for a radiator? Almost all of the Cases I look at don't have room above the power supply for a radiator. I was hoping to get a black case for under $60.

You'll need a full-tower server case in order to put the pump and rad above the PSU, even then you'll be stretching it. Most full towers cost a good bit more than $60, but you may be able to find a bargain somewhere.
