The usual, spiral wrap, heatshrink tubing, sleeving, cable ties to make the wires look better, then try and place the wires at the sides of the mobo out of site as much as possible etc.

yah use loom or something and wrap those psu wires.

look the molex wires, and take them and try to tuck what you can behind the drive bays.
also, take that cathode and put it behind that bar with some tape or something so it looks a little better.
after that...it will be sweet looking. just my 2 cents.

And try to bunch as much as possible any wire going the same way, most noobs tend to sleeve or loom every wire alone, which gives a worst case than you started with. And if you have to, cut and extend then solder lenth of wires to be able to hide them behind anything (out of sight)
