shuttles suck (bad heat dissipation)
LAN Cubes suck even more (WAAAY undervoltaged power supply)

Is there any good small portable case out there that has at least a 400 wat power supply and can stay cool?

Pictures and info appreciated.

I think the Skyhawk midtowers are nice; try dealsonic.com and look for aluminum cases. I had no trouble placing all hardware inside my case. B)

There isn't a mini ITX form factor case that will give you a 400W power supply, your best bet for being compact is a micro ATX case and swap the PSU for a better one. Smaller boards are meant to not draw as much power so PSUs are designed according to possible internal components. For the money I like this InWin microATX tower with a 250W PSU. Places for fans, you also get a choice of Mobo to put in it, and in total is a lot cheaper then an chinsy microITX cube-o-computer. Plus the case already has a ducting mod.
