they look pretty good, i would worry a little about the 50Hz minimum freq response though, i cannot imagine listening to music or games that only go down to 50Hz, i would recommend getting something that at least has a 20Hz minimum response.
I personally have not tried these, but i would be willing to bet that if that frequency response is accurate, any deep bass won't get to you.
even this creative headset has a better range, and cost less than half as much.
